The Rachlin Foundation was established to support charitable causes in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The foundation holds events throughout the year to raise money for numerous organizations,
matching dollar for dollar all contributions.

On the first Friday of every month, employees can wear jeans as long as they make a donation to a chosen charitable organization. Each month a different charity is selected. During 2008 the monthly Jeans Day raised $21,600 benifiting 12 local charities.
